WHEN: SATURDAY AUGUST 19TH, FROM 4-9PM

Where: The Half Acre Beer Company brewery on Balmoral. (2050 W. Balmoral Avenue)
What: Held annually, this party is about showing all of those who support us the widest view of our landscape. We concoct a bunch of new beers, pull favorites from the cooler, book bands we like to dance to, and expand our weirdest edges to fold you in. Held at our facility on Balmoral, year one was about showing you the production space, in year two we unveiled the tap room, and this year we'll share how it all works together in the pursuit of our duality.
How: Tickets will be scanned at the door via TicketLeap. Please print out your ticket or have the QR code open on your mobile device. If you bought your ticket in the shop on Lincoln Avenue, please inform our check in staff that you will be on our guest list under SHOP TICKETS. They will know what to do.
The Beer: All of the beer at this event is first come first serve. Some of it, especially the barrel aged and wyld beers, is limited and when it's gone it's gone. We will do our best to make it last. We will announce the beer list before the event.
The Weather: We are hosting this party rain or shine, hot or cold. The emphasis here is on hot. It's summer, there's no a/c. Dress, or don't, accordingly. (Half Acre Beer Company does not officially endorse public nudity).
Entry: You will enter the party through the garage door on Rascher Avenue, on the east side of the building. We will begin letting people in the door at 3:30 There will be signs pointing you to where you need to go.
Free Bike Parking: We are providing bike racks in the street on Rascher Avenue. Bring your own lock. We will not be responsible for anything that may happen to your bike while it's parked for the party.
Ride Sharing: Please enter 2029 W. Rascher Avenue as your destination for any ride sharing app you may use. This will take you directly to the entrance for Big North.
Public Transportation: The Half Acre Balmoral brewery is easily accessible via the Damen and Foster buses, as well as the Bryn Mawr redline stop and the Ravenswood UPN Metra stop. We highly recommend you take public transportation to this event.
We did not sell Designated Driver tickets. Do not drink and drive.
Entry: You will enter the party through the garage door on Rascher Avenue, on the east side of the building. We will begin letting people in the door at 3:30PM. There will be signs pointing you to where you need to go. PLEASE AVOID HOYNE & BALMORAL. Getting to the party is best accomplished by taking Damen to Rascher and then walking west until you reach our garage door.
Bag Check: We will have on-site security checking bags as you enter. They are looking for outside alcohol and weapons. Your snacks are safe and highly encouraged.
The Brewery: Areas of the brewery that are off limits will be clearly marked. Please do not go anywhere that is off limits without a Half Acre employee accompanying you.
Hydration: Feel free to bring an empty water bottle with you to fill up. Water will be readily available during the party. In addition, Dark Matter Coffee will be serving complimentary beverages and we will have Bennett's B Croix (flavored carbonated water) available.
The Food: You will be given a food token upon entry. Try not to lose it. The menu features cheeseburgers & chips. We will have a vegetarian and a vegan option available.
The Merch: There will be merch for sale at this event. The merch tienda will accept cash & credit. New this year, we have The Half Acre Maker's Booth, featuring photographs, apparel, music and a variety of other items curated by Half Acre's creative employee community available for purchase.
